**GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF STAY – SHORT-TERM RENTAL**

1. Subject of the contract
The property is let for tourist use for a limited period, as agreed at the time of booking. The accommodation is provided fully furnished and equipped with essential amenities.

2. Check-in and Check-out

* Check-in: from 3 pm
* Check-out: by 11 am
Any requests for check-in or check-out outside these times must be agreed in advance.

3. Number of guests
Only the number of people specified in the booking are permitted to stay. It is not permitted to accommodate additional guests without authorisation.

4. Documents and registration
Before arrival, guests’ documents must be registered via our Guest Portal; all guests must be registered with valid documents

5. Security deposit
A security deposit may be required, which will be returned at the end of the stay following an inspection of the property’s condition.

6. Guest conduct
Guests are required to behave respectfully towards the property and the neighbourhood. Compliance with quiet hours and building regulations is required.

7. Prohibitions

* **Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment**.
* **Parties, events or gatherings** are not permitted inside the property.
* Pets are not permitted without prior authorisation (where applicable).

8. Damage and liability
Guests are liable for any damage caused to the property or furnishings during their stay and undertake to compensate for such damage.

9. Cleanliness and tidiness
The property must be left in a decent condition. Improper use or excessive soiling may result in additional charges.

10. Cancellations and changes
Cancellation terms are as set out at the time of booking on the platform used or as agreed directly.

11. Landlord’s liability
The landlord is not liable for any personal items lost or left behind in the accommodation.
